Phone Companies with an Agenda
Friday, May 27th, 2005"Faith, Family and Freedom" - I’m a Christian and I value and cherish these 3 things of course! But it seems nothing is sacred in the crossfire and even our phone plan and mortgage are caught in the ideological culture war. I get spam everday touting, buy "Christian" insurance, mortgages and etc…. switch now or burn!!! No good decent honest person wants to destroy "freedom" by having their phone plan or mortgage owned by a bunch of commy left wing gay devil loving sinners, right? Whats next? The Secretaries for Satan Coalition selling notepads made by 8 year old devil children in Haiti? The calls are a riot. Makes me think….you’ve got to be kidding are these people serious? The scary thing is…. they are. But hery t’s their right to think that way, just as it’s mine to think they are scary and messed up as hell!
We have our freedom to belief and speak out as we wish…for now. Too each his own, thats the beuaty of it. I can rant about them and joke about their anti gay phone antics, and they can rant about my views all they want call me a left wing wacko, who cares. I can laugh at myself as well. In the end we have to respect each sides choice to think for themselves. Right or wrong in our individual minds. We all have the right to think for ourselves, gay, not gay, left, right who cares. If you don’t agree, you still have to respect others right to think and choose. That’s freedom ….for now.
