Horseshoe Canyon Ranch Rock Climbing Guide

December 1st, 2006  |  Published in Random

For those who rock climb in Arkansas, the wait for a complete guidebook to Horseshoe Canyon Ranch is over. A good friend just completed the climbing guide to the canyon which is now available from his publishing company, Boston Mountain Press. Also in the works from BMP is a new book covering all the best climbing crags in Arkansas including Sam’s Throne, Cave Creek, Haw Creek Falls, Mount Magazine, Stack Rock  and more plus a few surprises. Horseshoe Canyon Rock is a nicely designed climbing guide with great illustrations, detailed route beta and a tick list. It’s a must for both regulars and visitors who make the beautiful drive to the canyon to climb. There is a free sample available at the website and great pictures in the gallery as well. Check it.
