I really really like Threadless, the idea, the company and the story. But…I just noticed the “Threadless Tree song” in their latest newsletter. I have to admit, it is just plain dumb, stupid and I was embarrassed to listen to it, I literally wanted to puke. You can listen and puke for yourself. I still like Threadless of course. But…this made me realize in general that the designs and communication are becoming “expected”, “forced” and just dumb at times to me. But hey, I’m not the target audience anymore right so it does not matter.
